Can I send a personal message with my gift?
Yes, each product page has a designated "Include a Gift Message" form where you may type your personal message to the recipient of your gift. Your message will then be transferred onto our custom, gold-foil Anna & Amy stationary and placed into your gift.
My box is a gift. Do you include receipts in the gift box?
No, we understand many customers ship their gifts directly to friends and family. Therefore, your gift's purchase price will not be included in your package. For your records though, you will receive a receipt via email upon completion of your purchase.
What are some perks of signing up for your newsletters?
One of the biggest perks are our surprise (unannounced) discounts via email. We also enjoy giving back to our loyal customers by hosting monthly giveaways. Every month, we select one subscriber to receive either store credit, bonus savings or free gifts! Additionally, our subscribers are the first to know when we launch new gift boxes or make them available for pre-order.

Shipping
When will I receive my package?
We process standard orders within 2 business days, and it takes 2-6 business days for your shipment to arrive via standard ground shipping, which depends on your "ship to" location. If you’re in a bind and need your package sooner, please feel free to email us at gifts@annaandamy.com, and we'll see if there is anything we can do to accommodate your gifting schedule.
How can I check the status of my order?
Method 1: If you placed your order using your Anna & Amy customer account, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking on "my orders." Then click on the tracking number to see your order's current location and estimated delivery date.
Method 2: Upon receipt of your shipping confirmation email, you will have also received your order's tracking number. You may enter that number on the UPS courier's website to track your order.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your package and your ship-to location. Your package's shipping rate is automatically calculated for you at check-out.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. Should this change in the future, we will let you know. We invite you to join our mailing list to receive future updates (as well as additional savings and discounts).
Returns
What is your return policy?
Due to the personal or perishable nature of the items in our gift boxes, all purchases are final sale. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. You agree to carefully read product descriptions prior to making your purchase(s). To read our return policy in greater detail, please click here.
What if an item is missing or damaged?
We have implemented strict quality packing protocols to ensure your gift is received in perfect condition one hundred percent (100%) of the time. If, however, in the unlikely event that your gift box arrives with a material defect (i.e., defective or damaged goods), please notify us within forty-eight (48) hours. Can I cancel my order?
If your order is "in process" and is still being fulfilled, you may cancel it. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, you may not cancel it. To determine your order's status, please send us an email to gifts@annaandamy.com. In the subject, please write "Order Cancellation Request," and in the body of your email, please include your order number. We will do our best to respond as quickly as possible during regular business hours.
